What should we wear - can we buy a dress?
Princess Dresses, Shoes & Accessories are available to purchase on the day and can be chosen before or after your magical makeover. Children are welcome to wear their own princess dress to the appointment.
When are appointments available?
We have very limited availability at weekends for our individual treatments due to larger party bookings in the salon. Our individual makeovers are more suited to during the week when the shop and salon are less busy. These appointments are also available after school and during school holidays. Appointments are availble to book online Tuesdays to Fridays. Due to large party bookings at the weekend, we have very limited availability to accomodate Saturday and Sunday bookings. Please get in touch to be notified of any last minute slots.
Can we add coloured hair extensions?
Coloured Hair Extensions (must be prebooked) can be added to any package at £20 per head.
Can we add afternoon tea?
Weekday specials - during the week we can extend your visit and enjoy princess afternoon tea. Minimum two persons.
Is a princess host included?
Princess makeovers are with our pamper staff and do not include a princess host.
Where do the makeovers take place, and is the space accessible?
Weekend bookings will be in our small makeover room on our mezzanine level; there is limited space for adults, so we ask for a maximum of two adults on the day. There is no room for prams or pushchairs inside the venue - these can be left outside undercover. This session is not suitable for wheelchair users. Weekday bookings will be in our larger area where we don't need to limit numbers.
