Add a storybook character
Our sister company, Enchanted Events, can provide a storybook character to bring some extra magic to your party.
Choose from Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Rapunzel, The Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, Snow Sisters, Sophia the 1st, Arabian Princess, Moana or Tinkerbell. Non-princess characters include Kpop Demon Hunters (Rumi, Mira, Zoey), Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Elphaba, Maleficent or Alice in Wonderland.
The character will attend your party for the duration, helping with the pampering, singing happy birthday with the cake and posing for photos. If booking exclusive use of our venue for a two hour party, the character will also host games and dancing.
Prices from £50. When a pink princess is already included in your package, this will be replaced by a storybook character. We can't guarantee availability for every party, so we'd advise booking early.
What to know before you book
How many children can you have?
Our fairy packages can accommodate up to 12 children. If you would like to hire exclusive use of our full venue we can accommodate up to 18 children.
Can parents stay and watch?
Due to limited space in our pamper rooms we only have space for 2-3 parents to sit and watch. We have extra waiting room for parents of guests if they need to stay for young or anxious children, however we ask that this is limited to strictly one parent per child. The number of adults/siblings attending will impact on the quality of your party. If you would like a party where you can invite grandparents and additional adults, we suggest booking exclusive use of our venue.
What ages are fairy parties for?
Fairy parties are suitable for children ages 5-10 years. Younger children are welcome to attend at your discretion. We have a special pre-school package available on weekdays which is more suited to little ones.
How does booking and payment work?
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time of the party. The remaining balance should be paid 7 days prior to the event.
What's in the children's afternoon tea?
Children's afternoon tea consists of cheese and ham finger sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, cupcakes and mini doughnuts.
Can you cater for allergies?
We can cater for dairy and gluten free allergies. For vegans and severe allergies please provide a packed lunch.
Can we add party bags?
Party bags can be added at £3.95 per bag.
Is a fairy host included?
A fairy host is included in all our fairy packages. A storybook character (like Tinkerbell) can be booked to replace our generic fairy. When booking the Enchanted Fairy package, a free upgrade to a storybook princess is offered as part of the package if required.
Can we have a bespoke theme?
Please ask if you would like a bespoke theme - we love creating new parties.
