What to know before your visit:

Princess Dresses, Shoes & Accessories are available to purchase on the day and can be chosen before or after your magical makeover. Children are welcome to wear their own princess dress to the appointment.

Please note that we have very limited availability at weekends for our individual treatments due to larger party bookings in the salon. Our individual makeovers are more suited for during the week when the shop and salon are less busy. These
appointments are also available after school and during school holidays.

If planning in advance we only have one morning slot available to prebook on a Saturday and Sunday. We sometimes add last minute appointments 5 - 15 days in advance if our schedule allows so please check back nearer the time of your requested date.

Extras: Coloured Hair Extensions (MUST BE PREBOOKED) Can be added to any package at £20 per head

WEEKDAY SPECIALS - During the week we can extend your visit and enjoy princess afternoon tea. Min two persons.

PRINCESS MAKEOVERS ARE WITH OUR PAMPER STAFF, AND DO NOT INCLUDE A PRINCESS HOST

Please note that weekend bookings will be in our small makeover room on our mezzanine level, there is limited space for adults so we would ask that there is only a maximum of two adults on the day. There is also no room for prams or pushchairs inside the venue, these can be left outside undercover. This session is not suitable for wheelchair users. Weekday bookings will be in our larger area where we don’t need to limit numbers.
